We had a great time at LifePoint LIVE today! Early in the worship set, God moved in and touched us deeply. It was super-cool! The entire service was saturated in prayer. The band did an outstanding job! I'm so impressed with their commitment to excellence and their hard work!
Valerie spoke to us about what God was "saying to us" during the worship. That was really sweet! Then, I presented Z with a LifePoint Baptismal Certificate (without which her baptism would not count - that's a joke) and proceeded to preach. I spoke about Pharoah insisting on spending one more night with an infestation of frogs. That's from the book of Exodus and the frog epidemic was one of the 10 plagues. God gave Pharoah the privilege of choosing when the infestation would cease. He could have insisted that it cease immediately but instead he chose the next day.
How often we too put off our deliverance . . . and how stupid of us! God challenged us and we ended with strong prayer and worship! What a great day! Remember LifePoint LIFT this Wednesday night at 7 PM and Saturday's Neighborhood Outreach at 10 AM.
