Great crowd! Great worship! Great gathering! We began a weird new series called, Wildlife: Animals of the Bible. Tonight, we looked at the "take up serpents" and "tread on serpents" passages. These are always interesting - especially when mixed with the word Pentecostal! Yikes!
In reality, these passages speak of spiritual authority. Specifically, they speak of God's granting authority over evil spirits who have the characteristics of deadly snakes! It was pretty interesting and encouraging. Point? Take authority over the snakes in your life - in Jesus' Name!
